New patients are scheduled for a comprehensive one hour examination. The doctor will evaluate you, give you a report of findings and if appropriate offer treatment on the same day. Each patient is given a unique treatment plan based on his or her needs.

Average appointments include approximately 15 minutes face to face with the doctor. Other therapies may be suggested based upon the patients condition. Most patients begin to feel significant improvement within 2-3 visits. Typical patients complete treatment within 4-6 weeks and return on an as needed basis.

From our desire to help our patients achieve optimal health, we've created Healthy Habits to teach patients the basics of healthy living.  Patients spend eight weeks transforming their lifestyle to includes weekly exercise, healthy eating, better sleeping and nutrition evaluation. Within the first two weeks most patients report increased energy, better sleep and shrinking waistlines. (Program includes gym membership, personal training and optional massage).

Not sure where to start?  Just had a baby?  Have you been doing the same workout for years?  Our trainers will evaluate your muscle balance, fitness strengths and weaknesses.  They will create a custom work out just for you needs. (1 hour evaluation)

Our trainers work out with you to ensure proper technique, duration and frequency of workouts.  They will guide, teach, motivate and support you as you work toward your maximum potential.  ($35 for half hour)

This is an excellent package for patients who just need to add the exercise component to their healthy living.  Package includes a one hour evaluation and 3 one hour long sessions of personal training.

BLOOD WORK EVALUTION Spectracell laboratories offer a unique blood panel which evaluates vitamin, mineral and cofactor deficiencies.  You can add on an exhaustive cholesterol evaluation for additional fee.

If you struggle with stress and anxiety consider adding massage to your workout.  Massage decreases muscle tension while increasing circulation.  Schedule for a massage immediately after working out and enjoy a fantastic cool down.

HOT STONE MASSAGE............................................................................................ $ 85 Massage performed using hot stones.  This 75 minute experience brings warmth and relaxation while soothing tired muscles.  The heat from the stones naturally increases circulation.
